Booking cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility shall be governed by the applicable Booking Application, Allotment Letter, Buyer Agreement, or other contractual documents.
Statutory deductions, administrative charges, taxes, and applicable cancellation charges may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within the timeline specified in the relevant agreement.
